Mega Foundry — Scandinavian OEM
Specialist Engineer responsible for the entire aluminium melting chain at a new mega foundry for a major Scandinavian automotive manufacturer. Sourcing and execution of shaft furnaces, dosing furnaces, ventilation, HVAC and filters within EU BREF compliance.
Giga Foundry — European & North American OEM
Project Manager on one of the largest melting furnace projects executed at the time: seven melting furnaces with a combined capacity of 4 tonnes of liquid aluminium per hour plus seven dosing furnaces — simultaneously in the USA and Germany.
Multi-site Foundry — Scandinavian OEM
Responsible for a multisite project with melting and dosing furnaces for a major Scandinavian automotive manufacturer — simultaneous delivery to three countries with stringent requirements for safety, quality and productivity.
GMP Installations — Pharma & Biotech
Project Manager for ultra-low temperature freezer system installations in pharmaceutical with full GMP/GDP documentation. Projects in Ireland, India, USA, Belgium and the Netherlands — with FAT at the manufacturer and SAT at the client site.
